Bazinga reduces the time and effort that your Council/Board role demands. It's a secure environment that allows residents to access the information they need on their own while improving communication community-wide.
What kind of Community is Bazinga best suited for?
Regardless of the age of your building, Bazinga is best suited for Communities that are between 10-300 units in size.
How can I get Bazinga set up in my community?
To sign up your community visit: https://app.mybazinga.com/register/council. All you need to do is enter your name and email and a private demo community will be created for you. You can try out the product and invite your fellow community members too.
Once you've decided you'd like to keep Bazinga for your community press the Subscribe Now button and member of Bazinga's team will reach out to you to help you get your community completely setup.
Is there an installation Bazinga?
Bazinga is a web-based application which requires no installation of software to your computer. It can be accessed on mobile devices, desktop and laptop computers.
Who can access my Bazinga community?
In short, only registered people that community administrator(s) have approved to join can login. Bazinga is a private and secure environment accessible only to those people in your community.
Is my data safe with Bazinga?
Yes. Bazinga houses your data in a distinct server environment that is not shared by any other community. These Microsoft Azure servers (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/) have a high level of redundancy and security to ensure that your data is safe. More than 50% of the Fortune 500 companies use these servers, and you are further protected by our login algorithm.
How do I get my residents onboard?
We’ve got some tools to help. Once your Community has been setup, you will be provided with a marketing kit that you can use to alert your residents about Bazinga. They will be able to register themselves at https://app.mybazinga.com/register/resident and a member on Council can then verify their details and approve their request.
