A users role may change within your bazinga! community from time to time. This is especially true for a resident who has become new member of your Council or Board.
You'll want to grant them administrative access to bazinga! but also maintain their role as an owner of their unit.
Adding or Changing a Role
Start by clicking People & Units in the left navigation pane
- Search for the persons name in the Search field
- Click on their name in the People list
- Click Edit roles
- You may update their existing role by selecting a different role in the role dropdown menu. Alternatively, if you would like to add another role click +add another role and select the role you would like to add.
- When changes have been made click Save
Note: If a user has multiple roles and you would like to remove one role and keep the other, click on Remove Role shown beside the role you would like to remove and Click Save
Bazinga allows multiple roles to be assigned to users, if a user has multiple permissions then the role with greatest permissions determines their permissions. To learn more about which permissions each role has, check out this article on Permissions.
