Residents (Owners, Residents or Tenants) are able to "Report Loop Posts" to an Administrator for their community. Residents can share the responsibility for managing the communications and behaviour of fellow Residents in the Loop should they deem a post offensive or inappropriate.
To report a Loop post, follow these steps:
- Click the downward pointing arrow on the top right corner of the post, click Report
- The reporter must provide additional information regarding the post, action or outcome that they would like see before submitting it to the administrator.
An Administrator assigned to Loop Post form in the Request & Report area will receive a notification of your Loop report in the form of a submission.
The report will be reviewed by your administrator and the appropriate action taken.
Reviewing a Loop Post submission
The administrator will see a new Loop Post ticket submission when they access the Request & Report -> Submissions section.
- To review, click the Loop Post ticket.
The ticket contains a preview of the reported post with an option View the post in its entirety.
The administrator will choose to Resolve the ticket after taking the appropriate action (such as removing the post) and reply to reporter via their Loop Post ticket to update them on the outcome.
The reporter will receive a notification of the result and the ticket will close.
